This is essentially a huge tray for roasting. You can fit in a huge 70kg pig and up to 4 x 20kg pork joints. It can also be used for roasting lamb, beef, chicken, turkey and vegetables – whatever you or your guests fancy!
The hog roast kit makes use of the Platinum’s two full length thermostatically controlled burners, giving complete control of the cooking temperature at all times. It fits within the upper level cooking area whilst roasting, but can be lifted into the serving position for carving – letting your guests enjoy the theatre of preparing the meat and releasing the scrumptious scents across the garden or marquee.
